High energy trusses

Homes will use high energy trusses that allow for greater r-value insulation at exterior walls.

House wrap

Homes will be wrapped with a waterproof membrane (Tyvek, Barricade...) including gables and garages. This helps to protect against water damage to any part of the home and increases energy efficiency of the house.

Engineered house plans

All house plans are engineered by a professional certified engineer for all structural and layout plans.

Low-e windows

All windows are low-e meaning better energy efficiency. Windows are flashed with 6" moisture barrier adhesive window flashing.

Hardie siding materials

All homes will have mainly James Hardie siding products. This is a cement fiber product that has numerous advantages.

Ice and water shield

Ice and water shield will be installed around the perimeter of the roof system and all eaves and valleys of the roof. This prevents possible damage caused by ice dams.
